23 Businesses In 2023

Dec 20, 2022

That’s my goal.

To help 23 Entertainment Entrepreneurs grow their businesses to six figures in 2023.

How the H-E-Double-Hockey-Stick am I going to do that? And how can you be one of those 23?

Well, I’m doing things differently in the New Year.

In 2023, I'll be taking on a handful of partners I believe in to join me in my brand-new Entertainment Entrepreneur Incubator that's a part coaching program, part partnership model, and part Mastermind community.

What the heck does that mean? Lol

Basically, you can think of me as a business partner to turn to for advice and guidance anytime you need it. And I'll help get and keep you on track throughout the year, holding you accountable to the goals we set, and cheering you on the whole way.

Each quarter, I'll run quarterly planning workshops to establish a clear vision for where we're headed, and KPIs so we know if we're on track.

Monthly we’ll check in regarding your progress, to see if you’re on track or behind on your major objectives. Then we can work together to pivot or make adjustments as needed.

Weekly we’ll meet in a group coaching format to review essential metrics, tackle any challenges, and celebrate wins that have happened.

Plus, I'll be opening up "Office Hours" on my calendar a few days a week so anytime you need my help with something, you can book in time to consult with me directly.

Additionally, I'll be running special training sessions on how to implement Notion, Asana, Slack, and other tools in your business to help you stay organized and increase efficiency.

Sound cool?

And here's the best part...I don't get paid unless YOU get paid.

Keep in mind that most business Mastermind programs charge a flat $10k-$45k, which is a huge risk for the Entrepreneur (I know because I've been in several!) and honestly, doesn't motivate the coach to get you results.

That's why I'm doing things differently.

Instead of paying a flat fee to be a part of the program, you’ll cut me in on 15% of your sales for the duration of our (minimum 12-month) contract.

That 15% motivates me to help your business grow, because the more you make, the more I earn.

But, because I have no control over when or how the work actually gets done, there's an element of risk here for me too. So, I do ask for a $2,500 advance on the first $2,500 of commission I'd be owed to make sure you hold up your end of the deal :-)

This means that I get paid $2,500 upfront at the start of the program, but the first $2,500 you'd owe me in commission is waived. Then after that, the 15% kicks in.

Make sense?

OK - Phew! I just threw a lot at you and it's a ton to digest.

The program starts in January with a big kick-off planning session, so I’ll need to know if you’re interested by EOD on December 23rd.

Then we can set up a call for me to learn more about your business to see if it’s a good fit for the program. And, of course, I can answer any questions you might have.

Sound good?
